2. Applicability & Conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to all quotations, invoices and similar agreements. In an agreement, the customer accepts the general terms and conditions of Auto essence Bangkok and Auto essence Flagship.

3. Price and quotes

The target prices that apply to our services are displayed on our service price list. An exact price always depends on the condition and model of the vehicle. Prices can be changed at any time. Quotations are completely non-binding and valid for a maximum of 1 months after the date of preparation.

4. Time Estimates

Service times are estimated. Actual completion may vary based on vehicle size, actual conditions, and specific services. We aim for timely completion and in any case of longer completion time is needed we will notify clients in advance for mutual agreement.

5. Inspection & Liability

All vehicles are inspected before and after service. Pre-existing damage will be noted. We are not liable for pre-existing scratches, dents, or defects, items left in the vehicle. Customers should remove valuables before drop-off.

6. Service Limitations

We do not guarantee full removal (100%) of stains, odor, or damage but we make every effort using professional-grade products and equipment.

7. Payment Terms

Full payment is required due at the time of service unless otherwise stated. We accept cash transfer and credit card. Deposit may be required for a large amount.

8. Promotions & Gift Cards

Discounts and promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at time of service.

9. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our work or think there is a problem with a service we have provided, please contact us within 48 hours so that we can act quickly to solve the problem. Due to the way vehicles are used and exposed to possible damage, we cannot be held responsible for defects discovered after 48 hours. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we are the cause.
